Payment Confirmation and Order:

After successfully placing the order and completing all steps, the code will appear in the order list, and the code will be delivered immediately.

Refund Policy:

You can use the card/voucher only once.

Electronic vouchers and cards are case-sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.

Payuse or its affiliates are not responsible for incorrect purchases you made due to negligence or entering false/incorrect information, which may result in damages/losses. By purchasing any electronic voucher/card, you understand, acknowledge, and accept Payuse’s disclaimer of liability.

Once you have received the order, Payuse is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item purchased through it. Any loss or damage suffered by the buyer for this reason is their responsibility.

Refunds are only processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are applicable only if the Payuse user is unable to download the codes from the order section of the user’s account.

Refunds and returns do not apply to virtual, digital, and downloadable products.

If the user receives an incorrect product, Payuse will send the correct product to the user’s email address within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving the complaint.

Refunds via bank transfer/electronic payment may take between 24 hours to 5 business days.

A fee of 3% to 5% of the refunded amount will be deducted if the payment method used was Visa/MasterCard, due to bank charges.

If the user is unable to redeem the purchased card code on the brand’s website, we ask the user to contact the brand directly.

Payuse is not responsible for any technical error or redemption issue on the brand’s website.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the code is received and the order is visible to you, there will be no way to cancel it, as long as the code has been issued to your account’s order list.
